★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont ever buy from this shop. I have made the payment for ac and stablizer they have not send the stabilizer. And its for the installation they will made you cry and ask you to install the ac without stabilizer. even you have paid for the stabilizer. these guys are theives. dont go to their store. Diken is a good brand for ac. but this is a very bad store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only 5 star is given by their own staff account (Jeevanjee is giving 5 stars to Jeevanjee), otherwise no body is happy with their services. Ordered AC on 13th June, paid, they told me it be delivered within 3 days. After 3 days they told me it will be delivered on 20th because of no stock. Imagine I have paid and got a GST invoice for a thing which does not exist! at last, I called them on 24th and decided to take a different model only because I was in need of the AC for some guests are about to come, otherwise I could drag them to court. But I will drag them to social media as I have all call recordings with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the manufacturing defect piece from Daikin india fir split ac. Their service agents were unable to resolve the problem even after several tries. Need to get the piece replaced as the unit is still under warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m a regular customer from ama cafe.. I had msged her about one spli ac.. Need a cooling coil.. But they r not replying to mybmsg and nor they r receiving my coil.. We have around 8-10 cassette ac and 6-7 spilt ac but this is how they responding.. Need to switch to another brand guess so when they can not provide good customer care..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid for an AC in full on 3rd April 2022 & was told it will be delivered before 8th April...
Today (13th April), I called for the third time, since it is still not delivered..
To my surprise, I am told that they cannot get the call through to the supplier....
So, buyers beware, better to go some big dealer like Croma or Vijay Sales who are more professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pathetic and unprofessional services by Jeevanjee Plaza Lajpat Nagar. They don't even deserve one star. All poor google reviews given here by all customers are true. Purchasing from this store and dealing with the staff and owner was traumatic. Highly highly disappointed. All false commitments made by them regarding services, delivery and pricing....I have never experienced such poor services by a such reputed brand. Will never recommend purchasing from this store!! I wonder, even after getting such bad reviews and so much dissatisfaction amongst customers, they are not improving. They are absolutely a wrong choice for carrying off an esteemed brand like Daikin.
