★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Experience. We took price of three products in the morning and then evening they asked us to visit back and promised that they will give more discount.
When I reached them, the store manager started shouting on salesman for calling me and said it is not possible to give any discount.
I agreed on the price which they gave us in morning as I was not interested in wasting my time.
But after that also they start manipulating again.
They didn't mention about the Cartage and after making the bill of one item... They started asking for Cartage. Cashier said 100 each and Manger said 250 in total!!!
I choosed not to make the other two purchases and choosed to stay away from them as they might not help me in case of damaged products....
Please stay away from them... If you don't want to deal with companies who don't keep their promises...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star because that's the minimum I could rate. I would have given them a negative rating if that was possible. I had a terrible experience with them. I went here to buy an LED TV. The salesperson tried to force his choice on us. We ignored this as it is their job. However, everything went downhill once we chose the model we wanted. Firstly, I had to fight to get the bill generated. They wanted me to make the payment even before they had generated the bill. Secondly, the staff has no value for customer's time and neither do they bother about customer service. We bought a Panasonic TV and after the billing and payment, they informed us that the model wasn't available and that the delivery can happen only by the next day. The salesperson could have simply informed us before billing and we would have chosen accordingly. But he deliberately hid this information from us till we paid the bill. Upon confronting them for the same, the staff became aggressive and started to argue. We refused to leave till the TV was handed over to us. We had to wait for almost 2 hours till we finally got the TV. Even then while I was receiving the TV and checking the bill, the salesperson was in extreme hurry. He kept asking me to sign their copy of the bill while I insisted on verifying the TV and the bill before signing. This was my first time at Sargam Electronics which turned out to be my worst ever experience. I would never go back there and neither would I recommend it to anyone. I'd rather suggest people to look for electronics elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are reading this, please consider yourself lucky and warned! These people have the worst service across all the Sargam stores. We purchased a Daikin AC from them on 19th June. We paid the amount, the gave us the credit card payment receipt but no invoice. They told us, they will get the AC tomorrow and we can collect the AC tomorrow with the invoice. Now on the 20th June I have been trying to contact them since 40mins since they have not bothered to inform me anything regarding my "PAID" AC. One of the landline numbers is busy since 40mins and the other one no is answering. I don't know maybe they should hire someone just to answer phones because it seems they are all "very busy" selling appliances in a lockdown country.
They told me to whatsapp them on a mobile number and i tried that as well. Their usual classless, "NO RESPONSE"
I am surprised at this obnoxious state of affairs in this particular branch because previously I have had great experiences at Sargam electronics. I thought since its Sargam the experience of customer satisfaction would be the same but nopes! This branch is plain trash and I seriously feel they have cheated me. If anyone from Sargam headoffice is reading this, these people are trashing your name and service standards royally!
Will be going down there personally just to inquire about my "PAID" AC.
Please buy online or from any other store but this branch. Horrendous & outrageously incompetent service. Now, I know why the store was empty when we visited!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke to Mr Anand Store Manager on 14.8.21 morning. He confirmed the rates of Hitachi 1.5 t window ac 5 star as 29500/ as the same model was purchased by me a month back. After half an hour some Mr Manish called back to say we cannot sell less than 30,500.
When my so went to the show room every one in the showroom misbehaved. Mahender, Mr Anand etc. As promised they didn't have the AC with them. Moreover Microtek stabiliser was also not there as promised. Looks like their high headedness is supported by their management. The person who promised everything (Manish) was not there.Looks like these people are sitting on road without any employee's value. Who else can u trust if store manager backs out from his promise. The whole staff was uncouth and behaved like goons
