I bought AC two years back and having issue after when your one of highly inexperienced staff came for cleaning and after that it started vibration sound issues. When called again they came and charged again to fix this. Again I have same vibration sound issues. I think HITACHI build quality is very poor that after two year it started problems. And also very in experience staffs who only tries to fool and loot people.
