I booked home visit for KYC five times and no one visited even once... Neither I received any calls from the agent regarding the visit ... Very bad experience...

Staffs are reluctant to work ,very angry and there ias great unwillingness among them .I visited 4 times for KYC they denied on the issue of We don't have time , internet is slow and others .

Staff are very rude and careless they donot have manner how to treat with the customer. Very disappointed with the staffs.
