β β β β β I always had feeling that bank employees are rude but this branch was exceptional, I had created Kotak 811 edge account through online but my account got freezed due to pan card mismatch so I had to end up taking help from this branch people .
Employee's here seem very professional and they treated me in a very good way, they resolved my issue too.
I would like to thank Manjunath and Shruthi on the same, great attitude guys..?βΊοΈ

β β β β β Customer care department is poor. They don't even lift the phone calls, I didn't even assigned relationship manager. Their online call center is worst, which is run by bots, don't even understand the brevity of problem, they don't contact with relationship manager.

β β β β β Unfriendly staff. No one greets guests when one enters the branch, and no one offers to help the customer. They just keep staring at you. They also do not issue new passbooks or offer passbook updation in this branch. They send you to another branch about 3 kms away which is a smaller branch that takes min 30 mins for service delivery after you reach there.
