★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Collection dept guy Narayan Bongale does not have a manner to talk with womens. Bank should need to hire educated staff to deal with financial matters. That senseless dumbass calling us and saying so and so person took the money and now I would need to repay it. I don't even know who the bastard took the money and now this guys disturbing us. I am going to take this matter legally now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services. One of the bank staff lost my cheque. I kept on receiving mail and sms alerts to make payment in spite of giving a cheque prior to due date by a fortnight. But still they made my 1000/ payable amount as 2700/-. God knows how it multiplied so much overnight towards penalty for delayed charges etc etc. When i wentn enquired the saff who collected was on leave. Unfortunately i did not take a phograph due to which i suffered mental stress. I am a senior citizen n just today faced such trouble. Moral of the story please always keep some proof of submission like xerox of cheque about to be submitted or screenshot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kotak Mahindra Kharghar branch located at Sector 11 Opposite Indian Overseas Bank. This branch started around 7 years back (2012) and I used to visit this place. The ATM counter also available within the bank premise. Bank employees are very helpful, very speedy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited today to branch.....Such a worst experiance ever....There is no cash deposite machine...too long line for banking service on main gate of bank......i waited more than half hour & after that deposited my money in my SBI Branch.....Security is doing argeuments with custemers.....i will definetly not recomend anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience . Zero efficency from the sales team regarding account opening. I had gone ther for kotak 811 account related work leaving my existing bank a/c (other bank) but i got zero assistance from branch team.they kept me sending me one staff to another staff regarding CRN status. from ther is i called the kotak call centre for further assistance regarding crn And mobile device activation got no response or help rather Call centre agent was busy to wrap up his call. I left midway.
