We had recently transfer out account in this branch but they are not working properly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff, they don't speak properly and don't give proper information to new users. However when i lodged a complaint for my incorrect debit card transaction online, i got complaint resolves message after 2 days when the complaint wasn't actually resolved. And bank personnel couldn't give me proper answer for this..don't know how this bank works ....but every time i go there i get frustrating experience. They are not bothered about customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small branch of bank in Sector 7, Kharghar. Parking is available on the outside road on the alternate sides on odd and even dates respectively. This branch has on its outside one attached ATM and passbook printing kiosk. The branch is small but handles all sort of banking needs. Staff is cooperative.

Phone calls are not attended to.
Reason given by the staff is they are understaffed.
