★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never seen a more worse bank as this where they have outdated and false information just to make some money. Though all my EMIs have been paid on time, they come up with a concept that I have missed EMIs and then threatening to take away the car and other stuff. It is such a shabby bank with half baked information and falsely reporting customer in CIBIL and then calling more than 20 times in a day which against Banking institutions norm. Im surprised such banks are entertained by the RBI and no feedback or action is levied against them. WORST BANK EVER. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF APPLYING FOR CAR FINANCE THROUGH THIS BANK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took lone in kotak something small Infrimetion required so visit to branch thay said come tomorrow I said am come 20km away cont come agen so give me ur number Or office number i will call you tomorrow, no one is ready to give number and office number thay won't receive very bad experience with kotak employs and taking also very bad. I request to kotak give office number to all ur employees..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volkswagen finance has now been transferred to kotak.. and I am facing hundred sof issues.. emi itself is not being deducted and I am not even able to pay back. No help from kprime or Volkswagen.

I had applied for a duplicate NOC for my car Loan which I had closed many years ago. I wanted to do for my car reregistration with RTO so I paid Rs.885 to the bank as fees for the duplicate NOC and waited for almost 8 days. Still they have not issued or sent a copy through email. This is such a small job but and these people can't do it properly. How do they manage bigger deals? I even sent multiple emails/ reminders and made calls, yet there is no action taken from their side.
So customers, please stay away with this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If we want ask anything we have to wait at least 2 hrs waste of time and place is not that good.. Response also not satisfied.. Better we should look for other bank where we can get good response in short time.. After investing so much amount we should not waste time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loans from Volkswagen finance is now being handled by Kotak. Pathetic customer service. No intimation whatsoever on the loan being transferred, one fine day they call and say that they're calling from kotak and emi is due. I was like what loan when did I get it and that is when I got to know that the loan had been transferred. The ECS had failed and I have been following up with these people for fays now and still no update whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst bank I have ever seen. Service providers do not have sense to speak with customers. They behave like they are supreme and treats customers as their slaves.. Management should train their staff to behave properly with customers.. otherwise kindly close this bank, there are plenty other service lenders in the society.. Hell with their service. They don’t even have a toilet for customers..

I strongly Recommend that Please close Kotak mahindra Bank account and Open other bank any other.. worst service , No parking facility for Customers ,No Proper Infrastructure.. A small Notary office is better then this main branch.. Shameless to this Management.
