They refused to get vehicle for servicing that also in the morning at 11 am. Afternoon or at evening time we can understand that not possible to do . After arguments and after calling sr. Manager they took my vehicle , to that also work not complete in the evening 6 pm. And they were lied that we called you and u did not picked call and your number was off but when ask him show me your dial list then they told me mobile is not with me.
At 6 pm they handed over me my bike without washing and with oil stains every where I asked them why it is not washed they told me our washing machine not working, also I asked them to polish my bike they refused and said we don't have polish, funny thing in showroom they don't keep polish, then forcefully I ask them to clean oil stains then after they cleaned stain with dry cloth and handed over me dirty soiled bike .
Also they charged extra amount. And oil changing charges too high.
I will refer not to visit kondhwa showroom.
Very worst and bad service experience.
I would have given zero rating but no option so giving 1 rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service.. advisors need to learn how to speak with their customers..non of them can speak in English but atleast they should speak respectfully in what ever language they are speaking no matter it's Hindi or Marathi ..they behave like road side rowdy guys..even their abusing their own staff members by cracking jokes in front of customers..holy shitt... specially their main head person..he have so much of fake attitude..their advisors are like they are selling vegetable or fish at market this is the way they behave and I just can't believe they are working for multinational brand like Honda..I believe kothari wheels Kondhwa management should be changed or improved ASAP or else soon this showroom will be shut or in problem because of their rowdy advisors..the head guy was like he is leased bothered of selling bikes he was like Lena hai tho lo warna bhad main jao..I will be soon visiting again and will surely reveal the name of their head soon...stay tuned

There is a Sales guy named Shehbaz, messed up my insurance documents, delay in warranty related documents and the worst is no updates from him. The phone is always shut so had to go personally to the showroom for pity issues.

Most unprofessional staff I encountered when I asked for a test ride of Dio.
They initially declined, then they could not locate the keys and then they were demanding that I keep my original license with them (which is Illegal).
Wil never visit this place .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got Activa 6G bike servicing done today.
bike i didn't have any problem.
When I paid. I did a test drive and I saw the handle of the bike was moving hard.
Told the mechanic that he opened the bike. I told earlier it was the problem of the handle.
It was then discovered that Nut had entered the handle of the bike from the mechanic.
Then that problem slowed down.
Head light was also not packed properly.
there's always some problem.
The test drive from the showroom did not reveal anything
headlight also broke
