★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. They don't understand your problem, just blindly give medicines. There is an old lady in khargar branch, she doesn't even know how to talk. Very very rude. The lady in panvel, Sapna gopalkrishna is very rude as well. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Both you women are a disgrace to Kotakal as a whole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend this place to anyone. I visited this place in August. Doctor doesn't listen to problem properly and just write down medicines and suggest massage therapy. Massage lady does not have notes about your pain parts and just starts massage randomly. Massage room is shady like storage room. That steam sauna was so unsafe. They have cooker on stove n cylinder to generate steam. So unsafe.
