★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During whole process of haircut, they kept on telling me that main cut is remaining and you will get a new look.
But at the end after random haircut of 5 mins , they started doing blowdryer to change my looks and upon insisting , they cut my hair some more at end but results at end were really not as expected.
Request everyone not to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the last 6 years, this salon has gone from Meh! To WOW! Kudos too the efforts of the owners and the team. When not in Gurgaon, I postpone my parlour visit just to get my stuff done at Kreations. Love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got myself and my mom layer hair cut. Kashim did a great job at it. He was welcoming yet professional. He asked me for confirmation at each step about the length, partition, etc. The prices here are very reasonable and there's no compromise on quality and work. I totally recommend this salon. Also, if you are here for a haircut do ask for Kashim. You will have a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pathetic experience and very unhygienic place and extremely unprofessional staff and behaviour!
I went earlier for a kerasmoothing when I went for the second sitting ( head wash) for the same they were shifting and told to avail a free haircut instead the next time! When I went for availing it they were rude and when the owner got free he remembered the same and just sat and told to wait and instead there were many free staffs sitting they kept me sitting and waiting for a long while with extremely poor behaviour and when my no. Came they seemed to do nothing it was just a haircut for sake of its name... Wont even say it was trimming! And extremely pathetic when my haircut was done they refused to blow dry which was extremely pathetic they said they'll charge for the blow dry it's not included this is the first time ever I heard this from any salon ! Also my kerasmoothing didn't even last for a whole month! Dont even consider visiting this salon for anything!
If you've extra money and want to waste some then maybe you can consider visiting???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They use duplicate products. I got my hair burned while taking Keratin treatment. Hair stylist was fresher. My hair was literally burning. was having tear from my eyes during the process.
