★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my Party Makeup Done from Beauty Channel. It was good overall. As long as you communicate the look you want and explore the possibilities within different packages offered you can get the desired look. I usually go for light makeup and it was blended well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for haircut and Coloring.. Got the haircut done by Vicky on Sunday but wasn't satisfied with the results. All of my friends and colleagues also criticized it, so I went there again the next day and got the cutting rectified by Wasim. About the color; as it was my first time hair Coloring so I wanted to color minimal hair in red colour. I seeks for their advise being professionals but they won't give any honest opinion! They were just trying to sell and be profited regardless of what I wanted.

Would recommend few names for your ease and better experience.
Ratna from management - would always welcome you with her beautiful smile and ensures your full satisfaction, retention of each customer visiting the parlour seems to be her primary objective.
Vicky- must try his wonderful hair Do's and give yourself a beautiful change by allowing him to decide what would suit you:)
Hary- best at his head wash and giving relaxing head massage which lighten your fatigue of entire day.
Seema- wonderful at threading, best part Is that never need to recheck whether it's properly done or not.
Nimi- must try her facial service and other beauty services, softspoken and does her job with full of perfection.

Review of 19th feb- have been facing lot of challenges while dealing with their manager anu.. too bad at customer handling....hardly takes the pain to check old records n always charges more than what I usually pay.
Request to owner of this salon.. please don't not loose your customers because of keeping such bad person for customer handling.
Request for shifting ratna back to sector 23.. she has always been wonderful in dealing.
Looking forward to get positive support at the earliest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic. I would have given zero or minus rating given the option. I made a blunder by trusting this salon for my Hair color(Highlights). I wanted to get my hair coloured in 2 shades (Red and copper brown). Not just the red color is gone after 2-3 washes , the brown color is also fading. I went back to them with the concern and they did it again only to make it worse. The red color is gone totally and left the hair in bad color and condition. Also, they did not do it at proper places. I have weird looking patches of faded brown color. It looks quite bad and I am extremely unhappy with their service and have no trust in their ability to do it. Please save you hair, money and time by not visiting this salon.

Team is great, naming a few such as Qasim, Kiran.
I always get perfect services from both.
But holistically if I see, there is only one employee for male services such as facial, waxing, etc. At times, customers suffers.
Service are quite good but can be improved in term of quality VS price list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting this salon from the past 1 and a half years and always have that special treatment that we females crave for all the time. It has been an osmly amazing experience from the day one no matter I am getting just a hair wash because I hate to get a hair cut done or the most expensive facial worth Rs 5000/-, I have always received the same kinda service. The staff is not only friendly and trained but also knows how to communicate and keep the clients busy especially me who loves to talk like every other female. I have bought 3 packages worth of 1lac and surely wouldn't mind getting pampered all my life if I keep getting this level of service. I have been to almost all the salons around starting from the local like studio75 to brand names like looks, VLCC but the level of service that I have got from beauty channel fron the day one when I had no packages at all in fact was going with the free gift vouchers. I have changed my hair color, got keratin done twice from here in the last 18months and had never been disappointed with it purely because the best thing here is that they would use the products ya r paying for unlike other salons who would take the money for the best product but use the low quality available in the market just to save on the profit and extract money. I have received very genuine advice everytime no matter I am getting the service down from here or not.
Have loved it and still loving it that I have signed up for another package for 50 grands.
And my future husband might mistake me me to be really high maintenance but I just love getting pampered now and then.!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience! The manager Sarika is a very humble and soft spoken girl, she is very helpful and never makes her customers wait for appointment. Vicky did a great job at hair Coloring. The manicure and pedicure sessions were amazing by Jeevan. Aphy and Mimi too are great at giving fantabulous facials. Highly recommended. Very professional and caring staff. Thank you guys.
