★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krishna Volvo service centre at sector 82 JLPL MOHALI is I’ll equipped as far as service personnel is concerned. On top of it the Manager tries to justify the short comings/quality defects of parts. They are just interested in generating revenue at cost of customers who have no choice to go anywhere else.
Instead of accepting manufacturing defects in some parts they feel proud to extract money from customers.
My experience- once my car’s Charge Hose Pipe got damaged due to defective design but I was charged for this . When I complained to Volvo company, 50% refund was given .Now again my S60 developed Transmission loss defect due to defect kit. Defective kit is manufactures fault ;But the service centre Manager tried to convince me to pay thinking he can convince any/everyone. Really feel cheated for having purchased a Volvo. So beware friends. Volvo is not the same it used to be when it started it’s dealership on Chandigarh 10 years back.
