★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday evening i have raised a complete as our gen set is not working from yesterday evening due to reserve as diesel was not in the tank but after we fill the tank we tried to start it up but it was not responding so i called to Mr. balwant he said the person will be available at 9 to 10 pm (3 july-2019) then he said we don't have tool it's in Ludhiana and we have only one tool and that will be available tomorrow (04-July-2019) in the morning now they are not picking up the calls from the morning 8am till now there is no engineer available over here and m calling balwant he is not picking up the calls.this is the service you are providing. Really disappointing just because of these all we are facing many problem in the office our servers are got crypt and many other problem we are facing. its not a small issue its a big question on your customer service.
