★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategic location near to upcoming metro station, it was best investment option in hosur road when it was launched in the year 2014,units sold so aggressively but after demonetization things gone worst because of developer's improper planning it's delayed again and again, now it's all depend upon the association how it's going to manage,they have to do miracle efforts to complete the project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Half Build Apartment.All residents are cheated by builder.No basic facilities like domestic Electricity connection.No club house and Service lift for lifting any heavy household equipment.And Maintainence charges will be around 3k to 4K.And electricity is charged based on commercial tarrifs so you have to pay around 4k per month.Lot of people have last their costly electrical equipments due to voltage fluctuations which is common always.Owners got trapped by investing huge amount and now they are trying to good reviews to mislead people and to share their burden of Maintainence and electricity cost.Domestic connection will require a money which is around 2.5CR and builder is in bankruptcy,so you will end up paying around 4k even if you don't consume any electricity as it is measured based on sq ft not on usage.In the name of Maintainence you will be charged 3K minimum and all that you get is house keeping and Security.No other amenities are available.If you are coming as a tenents then you have to give more money to movers and packers as any transport vehicle cannot enter the basement and service lift is not operational,so from the gate they have to lift every lauguage manually.So I would not suggest any one go through all these hurdles just for the fact it is close to main road or upcoming metro station which might take another 3 to 4 years.So think on your own and enquire well before coming on here.As per my experience during lockdown also many tenents left due to all these challenges and one of the worst association you can get here and if you don't pay the dues on time heavy penalty will be imposed followed by disconnecting water connection.By the way all the residents who are staying here are not legal as Occupancy Certificate is not obtained from any single residents as builder has not completed the construction.So don't fall into trap even by reading the reviews.Please check with any of the tenents leaving here and understanding the situation and then think over it.And more over once the lockdown is lifted atleast 40 to 50 tenents will be leaving the apartment due to association members dictatorship and poor living condition and World class Maintainence charges.

Though project completion is nearing but we have a very good community.
Each and every festival has been planned and celebrated well and as it’s a great community to live in.

Every location has its own share of problems, this one has more/less you decide.
Positive points:
No current bill.
Rooms are spacious and interiors (depends on owner) are good
Location (opposite to the apartment you have a super market and a wine shop :P). Several other stores are also in walking distance.
No maintenance (as they are no amenities)
Negative points:
Current is free, but be prepared to loose your appliances if they are not connected using stabilizers. As the whole electrical wiring is temporary you can expect very high/low voltage variations. People have lost from bulbs to TV.
Rooms are spacious but, depending on which block you are you can face different issues. From some you will have a nice view (with bonus stink) of the garbage dump. From some you will have repetitive issues of STP stink. From some you will have construction sound to company you all day long. Some might also be good from all these issues.
Other issues:
1.House keeping keeps going frequently on strikes (as their wages are not paid). I have sympathy for them but, at the end of the day its your house which stinks.
2.Street dogs. On second thought if the street dogs are staying within a gated community they are not street dogs right?
3.You can expect your car to get scratched when it is in the parking area. Yes, this has happened multiple times. Parking is at owners risk?
4.Quality of construction is not good. But, I am not the best guy to comment on this.
5.Water, not getting into this as it’s a problem everywhere. But, water charges in the range 1500-2000 per-month seems to be too high.
Pictures speak a thousand words. Here are a few, on cracked roof to weeping walls to leakage in basement to garbage pileup. All pictures are less than a month old.
My advice DON'T go there. If you are still going please get the following:
1.Stabilizers for everything (yes even for the mobile/laptop charges and power adapters). Then you will only loose the stabilizers.
2.Anti-scratch coating on your car
3.Air purifier/noise cancellers depending on what issue your block has.
4.Tanker for storing water (FYI if the power goes there is no water till the generator kicks in, which is not always soon)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is excellent. Very close to electronics city and upcoming metro station. Green Mart supermarket is just opposite to the complex. All essentials available close by. Hosur main road is 200 mts and has excellent connectivity to all parts.
Spacious apartments, well ventilated and has natural light. lot of open area and well maintained pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros - Well balanced property, just a stone’s throw away from the upcoming metro stations. Situated at less than 1 km-from Electronic city.
Proximity to metro cash and carry an added advantage for the residents.
Well maintained swimming pool and play area for the kids.
Cons - Delayed project yes, but the resident association working tenaciously to get things better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay.Enjoyed my stay for 1 year and 9 months until I shifted out of Bangalore. Phase -2 of the project was still in progress, but phase-1 is completely livable condition. Location is the best part of the property. Hosur main road is just 200 meters . You will get all your day to day stuff from near by shops and Green mart. Another thing which I like most is the design plan of the flats - Spacious , plenty of light and ventilation to each room .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got SCAMMED by the owner BIG time. He misused my artwork and decency to scam me. This is a warning to the future tenants.
I had the worst experience of my life. The day I moved in to K-306 and the day I left, only miscommunication and false commitments from the owner. Then I decided to leave, first owner ignored my multiple requests to visit the flat, his phone off all the time, he even created lot of miscommunication with the new tenant , who were my neighbor. He said one thing to them , another to me. I had to leave with no proper communication from owner then the crazy things happened. He refused to pay me security amount even after painting all walls and deep cleaning by third party. He even threatened me to file FIR against me for false allegations of damage of property worth 10 lacs. I was able to understand the intention of owner. I really got scared and finally with Police intervention resolved the conflict. The whole process was stressful n strenuous. My many years of tenancy, this was the worst experience I ever had . So THINK TIWCE BEFORE YOU MOVE IN. As far as whole property is concern, it got good amenities and nice people. Staff from security to maintenance to housekeeping are all are very courteous.
