★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behaviour from the staff. Asked for the rate of the room as compared to there website they were like website and all is not updated, who sees the website. Once the room is allocated asked whether we have any common place to hangout and got the immediate response as No. Once we entered the room and switch on the AC there comes the surprise we had a loud noise similar to that of the generator. When I have reported the same they said AC takes time to work and all.. in short very bad place to stay.

Location is a peaceful and clean. Surrounding is good and in middle of a residential area. Room and bathroom is neat.
Ambiance is also good. Its an old model hotel with Jaipur aesthetic look. You will find best place to take pictures.
Food is OK.
Minus:
You will NOT get South Indian food from this hotel. Only Puri Saago is the option. Masala Omelette is good.
30 years old TV is placed in room. Tried my best to switch on but it didnt work.
Infrastructure is not maintained properly. I see wall patches inside the room, wooden doors paints have come out. Old switch boards that doesnt work some time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food in their in- house restaurant is bad. They don't provide us cutlery if we order from outside. The receptionists are rude. They don't provide water bottles, we have to buy them for 30rs a litre. They provide bore water which tastes very bad. Atleast they should provide mineral water. Very rigid in terms of check out and check in timings as well despite not being fully booked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location ambience everything was fine.room was small but clean.food was okay they served me dish which I specifically asked not to add and then I was made to pay for it as the staff(waiter) denied to take it back. At the time of checking out I left my belonging (airpods) in the room and after an hour when I called the staff he denied if there was anything left. I guess the staff is very much good at "cleaning". I suffered a huge lose. So do take care of your belonging before visiting here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were an all girls group travellers who stayed here for 3 nights. And are experience was absolutely terrible.
1. Water is not complimentary which is very unethical as they charged 30 rupees for a 20 rupees bottle.
2. Washroom was horrible as the jets and flush as well as sinks were not working properly. There were several wierd holes in the washroom celing which was very creepy.
3. The food is extremely overpriced and they charge gst on every single article that you order, so be ready for a heavy bill at the end of your stay. The minimum time they take to deliver your order to the room is 1 hour.
4. The reception staff is unhelpful and extremely rude.
5. One window was broken and had no locks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great because it's away from the hustle yet everything is accessible. The rooms are very clean and there are fresh sheets and towels. They do provide a variety of meals from the in house restaurant which taste good. The staff were very polite and helped us with transportation and stay extensions. The interiors look really beautiful and are great to click pictures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good designed building and room. But needed some improvement in services like quality and freshness of food, cupboard in rooms, handwash & hanger in bathroom, elevator lift. Hot water services were not working in my stay, wall watch in every room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful place for stay in a very convenient location. Very polite staff with prompt service. A little old with some paint issues on walls etc but clean and pleasant nonetheless. Washroom cleanliness needs improvement. Food is really tasty here.
