Train journey from Chennai was so smooth. Made a couple friends while travelling as well !

Trains arrive and depart on time
Well maintained railway station.
2 Entrances for 4th platform
1) auto stand near outer ring road
2) on outer ring road this comes just beneath the bridge
Autos cabs ola uber everything accessible from the autostand side. Little tough to do booking from beneath bridge

The difficult to find out the ticket counter and platform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station is good based in the size of it and amount of traffic its getting. There is one small waiting room for men and another one for female having capacity of around 15 person. The pay and use toilet facility is working here and its good for use.
For food there is a good amount of shops nearby.
Overall things are good if you come here for 3.. 4 hours earlier then your departure time
