★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service providers....My sister went there for makeover... they told that it will take 1 hour... but they took 3 hours... because they attended some other customers who didn't have the appointement... If you are giving appointement you should take care of that customer first not of your relatives and acquaint once.... you need to learn about customer service first... so go learn and then open your salon and try to provide better service... and also hire a staff that have some experience and can help you in doing your business...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hairdresser was gud. But i was told some other rate when i called but i was charged much higher than that when i got the services done.On enquiring i was told that it was the senior hairdresser.
My question... Who decided on my behalf? Do u guys decide rates at the payment counter?? Should the customer not be told that the haircut would have additional charges inspite of the fact that i had already enquired before visiting..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst people with worst facilities specially the counter women is a greedy women. Would charge extra if u take shampoo they’ll charge extra for conditioner that too 150 rs extra for conditioner apply and the funny thing is they tell u this after they do it themselves.
I went for hair spa which was worst hair spa they didn’t do any massage had a power cut so no blow dry was given so i asked for compensation but they started arguing. That women on desk is really greedy selfish remove her for betterment of your saloon
Dude they are insane

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to trust the place a lot but was highly unsatisfied by the recent few services. Once the head massage was given by a hair dresser. Secondly, I got a skin burn after getting upper lips waxed. In return I was just consolidated instead of compensation. Doubting their professionalism now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got smoothening (Schwarzkopf) done from here last year and it was WORST experience ever. The main hair stylist who claims to have 30 years of experience burnt my hair by over usage & exposure to chemical. My hair got damaged from crown area followed by hair breakage. There was also a wave after first wash which he tried covering up with blow dry. When I went back to discuss my problem, the hair stylist recommended me to get another round of smoothening done (free of cost ofcourse) in another month's time. I was shocked because my hair were extremely damaged by then and how could someone even thoughtlessly recommend it again. I literally rushed out of this salon. I had no option but to see a dermatologist to get my hair treated and regrow hair in the crown area. No matter what price they offer, please don't go for it.
My recommendation to this salon would be please change your hair stylist and use only original products. Otherwise this salon has all the required resources, lady at reception is sweet and has great ambience. But, they need to focus on the customer experience especially hair services, check what your stylist are doing/recommending to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good and vibrant with a good ambience but the staff is not at par with the place . I went in there for a haircut but the guy who did the cut totally screwed my whole hairstyle. It's really bad you spend so much of money on your place and ambience but the staff lacks the basic skills. I have my brother's marriage coming up don't know what will i do now with this horrible hair style.
