★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Four words. Pathetic! Horrible! Unskilled! Unprofessional!
Got a keratin smoothening done. First burnt my head, despite constantly telling them it is burning..huge huge huge chunks of dandruff for the next 10 days.
Second 'destroyed' not figuratively but literally DESTROYED sections of my hair. Been over 2 weeks, and yet the best stylists in NCR tell me i need to wait for 10-15 days at least for new hair to give a proper cut. I have shown to multiple big names in the NCR region
I am using huge huge huuuge volumes of hair spray, waz etc Just to get them in li'l shape. The best stylists have no idea what to do at the moment.
They even applied the product to the sections which were not supposed to be smoothened.
And smoothened more than required.
And the following day, even after taking an appointment , the hairdresser guy left early without giving the cut.
Never going to them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hairdresser is highly incapable. I asked for a simple haircut but he(Dilshad) was good for nothing and to add fuel on fire he was arguing that that wasn't his mistake, though the owner/manager was well behaved and somewhat accepted Hairdresser's fault and apologized for the same.
One star is for their apologies otherwise he doesn't even worth one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty standdard salon. Chief proprietor is a nice guy and very polite. He knows his stuff and does very nice cutting. However as like all other small barber salons his team is not that. So you might get stuck with them instead of main guy.
