★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving 5-star rating just because of the excellent service received from the Sales Consultant Yogesh Tripathi and few technical experts who helped me in understanding Creta and its complete functionality. But I am not satisfied with Hyundai as a Car Manufacturer who is accepting Car booking at the time of booking and just few days before delivery, they are saying that specific color is not available and this is pathetic!!! Don't set false expectations with the customers if you can't deliver the specific color requested by the customer at the time of booking. I booked black color but I had to go with white color bcoz by the time they informed me about the unavailability, it was too late for me to book another Car. It was a cheap strategy though.. but there is no fault of local Hyundai showroom, it's a manufacturer fault. So 5-star for Krrish Hyundai showroom because of their service, but 1 rating for the manufacturer.
