★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely inconsiderate service. The person is just giving false promises regarding getting the report on time. But no one responds on the call and back off saying it's not in their hands. This is a lot of mental pressure for the person waiting. Not recommended to get any checking done from this diagnostics. It's better to find a reliable source and have people with clear communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience so far. I booked appointment for blood test for my sister. Collection agent took sample and money. I have been constantly in contact with Lab but they did not gave me report. Its been 7 days now. I have demanded refund so I have been asked to collect it from collection agent.
Office staff is so ridiculous they don't know what is going on. Not single person is taking interest in my case. And management is sleeping unaware of what is going on.
I will suggest not to book any test with these people because they are highly unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If possible I would have marked zero star to them.... For so emergency I called Krasnaa hospital where they said we provide 24*7 services at Sutar hospital, Kothrud. So I travelled 15 kms at 11o clock at night and when we reached there they said the services are not available at this hour ... So my question is if it is not possible to r you to serve people in emergency why you people commit so?? Pathetic support!
