★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wont even like to give it one star. the service was completely pathetic .i went there for legs and arms waxing and it was an horrible experience the lady was unprofessional as if she has been doing it for the first time . it was so bad that i even got red and blue marks on my legs and arms both. waxing was never painful for me but that day i was in so much pain because of the stupid way she was pulling of the strips. the pain was unbearable.
and not just this as compared to the normal rates it was so expensive it cost me about 1500 like seriously? 1500 for legs and arms was unbelievable.
that happens when the owner of chemist shop opens a salon.

I went to Krystal post lockdown. They didn’t use disposables for anything or anywhere. Even the towels they used were so dirty. The mixing bowls & the brushes were also not clean. They didn’t mix the products in front of me, else they brought the mixture already done from the other room. Usually my face bleach lasts for 2.3-3 months. After getting the face bleach from them, it didn’t even last for 15 days inspite of them doing it twice. Infact the kept the bleach on my face for 45-50 mins (it is clear that they used duplicate products or they used local products & charged me for the OXY BLEACH).
Though the staff is soft spoken but the services are pathetic. So so so disappointed by the service.
Won’t recommend anyone to visit them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this Salon after approx 2 years and still had the best experience. And based on their location, they have really reasonable prices. I got a nice haircut for 200/-. Really impressed.
Giving a star less, just bcz the person doing my haircut was really very chatty ? and kind of know it all.
