I had through reference contacted them for getting my car dynoed, confirmed the appointment twice with the person to which he said they will be working as it is not a ‘Bank Holiday’. On the day of appointment, just 76 mins before, received whatsapp stating they are not working (LoL) and to come tomorrow. No, he didn’t ask whether it’s convenient for me, and it takes me more than an hour for me to reach their place. Arrived the next day, and got to know the person isn’t there as he had to leave on urgent basis. I do understand, but he could have communicated.
Could not waste a week day, hence called up N1 Racing who were quick enough to book an appointment. N1 guys carried on dyno as soon as I reached their workshop.
