★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service of your Vespa, however, they just push you to spend more and more. Even is a part isn't faulty, they will ask for replacement just because it has become very dirty. Pure commercialisation without taking care of customer's actual needs.
They made a bill of 8000 when I took my Vespa for service.
I don't blame the guys who work there. This is a management call to push for more and more products to make money.
Also, the 2 girl receptionist are extremely rude and need some training to speak with customers. They took 15 mins to generate a single bill and just kept talking to each other, ignoring that the customer is standing and waiting for the bill.
Rest of the staff is quite polite and helpful.

Since vehicle was not in driving condition , even arranged for tempo service to take vehicle to the garage.
Special mention of Mr Jacky who helped trace and find my lost insurance policy. Thank you for all help.
