It is a well maintained, gated community.
Has playgrounds for kids, badminton court, swimming pool, gym and finally a peaceful place for elderly to enjoy near the temple arena.
It's fixed with 24×7 CCTV Surveillance everywhere, so the security is high.
Gates are fixed with RFID operating system so vehicles registered in the office can only get in.
24×7 fresh water supply, hot water supply, generator backed up electric supply.
Well maintained underground drain system.
Regular water tank mintainance.
Car wash area.
Great waste management.
Cool weather due to its location and architectural planning.
FINALLY GREAT PEOPLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best all 3 BHK gated community in Vizag. Very well maintained society with very good community of people with active social life. All festivals are celebrated and good events organised. Has a temple, lawn, indoor swimming pool, gym, community hall, grocery store and much more in the society. Is very close to national highway, supermarket and general market but still secluded from traffic sounds with a backdrop of green hills.
Is highly secure and disciplined maintenance team. Highly impressed and see it as one of the best communities to live im Vizag.
