β β β β β Nirman park is a very lively, spacious and peaceful residential complex to stay in Visakhapatnam. It is at the heart of the city with almost all the facilities like schools, colleges, shopping malls, theatres, rythu bazar, railway station, airport near by. Bus stop is also opposite to it with good connectivity even round the clock. 24 hours security, cleanship, no power supply and water supply interruption.

It has a basketball court, a badminton court, a community Hall and a children's park. It filled with lush greenery and the air feels very fresh

β β β β β Residential place for Navy officers. Lived here for some years. Cool and silent place. Community hall, basketball court, badminton court available. Roads are nice with lush greenery. Good security arrangements provided.
