This one falls in that category of private bus travel services that show something else online and provide something else. The bus was late, they won't pick up your call, won't tell you where to come for boarding and would drop you at a location far from the ISBT of Rishikesh. Doesn't provide any blanket, WiFi or water bottles.

Worst staff(abuses exchanged with other passenger)
Will change dropping point and boarding point more frequently than there undies. Asked passenger traveling to Allahabad to unboard at bypass highway instead of actual dropping point inside city
No facility(water, charging, toilet, wifi)
Travelled with almost 40 disappointed strangers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience ?. Uncomfortable seats. No leg room. Highly discomfort for journey. They don't even provide customer support. They switched off all phone numbers one hour before diparture. KST travel not recommended at all.

I booked ticket for my family from Delhi to Manali on 29 Dec 2021. The bus number is 0404.
Problems faced in travel:
1. In each shop, bus stood for an hour.
2. There were some guys misbehaving in bus. They were keep on drinking, smoking at the Driver's cabin. Later, they did the same inside the bus too. We argued with them directly. Also complained to driver, cleaner also. The worst part is cleaner also got drunk and slept. Our kids were coughing because of that.
3. Driver doesn't know the route. He was staggering in Chandigarh Sector 43 area. Not sure, why he went there. He didn't even ask for help. Later I myself pitch in, helped him reach Manali route. Seems cleaner knows the route. He is supposed to help Driver but he got drunk and slept.
4. The journey which was supposed to end by 11 am, end by 7 pm. 8 hours delay. Our whole day plan got wasted.
5. Driver was stopping the buses at poor restaurants, where there is not even a bathroom available for ladies.
6. The driver and the cleaner was not so strict towards those smoking & drinking persons. Driver was stopping bus wherever they ask him too. They were Drinking and Smoking throughout the journey.
7. Changed the boarding point at the last hour and asking us to come on time. Also dropped us at around 7 km before Manali.
