★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked my Delhi to Mussorie Bus ticket from Easemytrip and AG Bus service provider.
We booked for luxury Volvo bus but got less than ordinary bus and driver. Seats were not at all comfortable and driver behaviour with everyone was also not good.
Not to recommend AG BUS SERVICE AT MORI GATE ISBT and also HANS INDIA TOUR BUSES for any of the tourist place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked online ticket for this bus however upon reaching the office, bus operator staff told me that my ticket was showing cancelled and will not allow me to board the bus. Same situation happened with other travelers as well.
I explained the situation till almost 1.5 hrs however they did not supported or discuss with their online partner coordinator person. Staff was not at all supportive.
At last I did not have any other options and I had to board some other bus with extra money and less comfortable situation.
I am writing this review so in future may be some person can see this and avoid booking from this bus service.

Worst experience. They changed the bus and no proper sitting management, They did not care whether what seat you booked.?
0 Rating..,...too much disappointed from this AG Bus Services. Never ever try to book bus from this agency you will be regret. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS BUS SERVICE. They are scammers and they cheat people! I should’ve checked the reviews before booking it. All the reviewers are saying the same things. PLEASE!
I booked my ticket via paytm. Just when I was about to leave, the driver called me up and informed that the bus has broken down and cancelled. When I called him, he gave me another reason for the cancellation. Basically, they are all bloody scammers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience that ever happened to me .....mine tour was from dehradun to delhi....late boarding ... Late departure... The bus driver was continuously stopping the bus like roadways buses... In rishikesh..the bus was waiting for unknown passengers for more than half an hour ... Bad AC wrking ... No curtains was there in the bus ... No water bottle was given .., no wifi and no blankets... although it was mentioned to provide all these things to us .... The departure time was 18:00 ...and we departed there at 19:10 almost (Kashmere gate) ..the staff was very lazy , they just want to fill their seats thats it ...! It took 8 hrs+ to reach Delhi from ddn ... Which I have never experienced in my past ... Kindly do not book tickets from this AG bus service!!

These guys cancelled my bus last moment without any written message or mail, informed me the bus has been cancelled on a phonecall (that too when i called 1 hr before the bus ride) and that i will receive the refund in 24 hours. I had no other choice but to book another bus at the last moment. Red bus guys won't help since they say the bus was not cancelled and asked me to send them a screenshot of the message that it had been cancelled. I had no proof hence there is no refund as well. They just want to fool people and extract money without a service. Please DO NOT BOOK with AG bus service ever if you don't want to go through this horrible situation and lose your mental peace, money and energy.
