★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most currupt agency. Cheating innocent travellers. Asked me to wait for 30 min for a bus to Chandigarh and made me wait for 4 hour. And than asked for extra money to send me in cab, as they actually had no bus.
No waiting area provided.
If there was option to fir negative rating, I would have done so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheating peoples. Charging 800 per seat and making people sit 4 people into sleeper couch and if someone ask for a proper seat they simply said to go and talk at to the person who booked your seat and left the bus. The ticket checking is done after 4 to 5 km from the place of booking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, charges twice, facility zero, total FRAUD, at pickup the driver would overload the passengers, inplace of 6 passenger, the driver forces to adjust 8 passengers, for almost 1.5 hrs. Language of staff and driver is very vulgar, the dont have any manner of talking to passengers. Condition of bus is bery bad not even single star. Delay in departure as well. They dont care about passengers, they just want to make money. If we look at this, it could even resut in police case for overloading passengers and forcing them to do so.
