Staff is ok.
Manager is fine.
But you should know what need to be done in each service and remind the person doing the job.
In first service they changed my engine oil ,oil filter and chain cleaning .Total cost 1470 Rs.
No washing facility on 3/7/18
Nothing more to say.
I give 6 out of 10 matlab unko kaam to aata hai.
Pass kr diya par top nai kr paenge abhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KTM Chandigarh is one of the best service center i have visited as there bike mechanic are very well trained and experienced with KTM bikes and the most important thing you don't have to wait much for your bike to be done they are quick in there service with 101% satisfaction.
The manager and other staff also very good supporting and understanding the customer... i suggest you must visit here while in Chandigarh!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went there for first service for my Duke 390. Very lazy mechanic took 2 hrs to just change my engine oil,lube my change and few nut bolt tightening, also there card payment machine was not working. They offered me tea that's good part of service also very small seats available for seating. Very bad washrooms.
