However in all these years, ones the cloth turned bad and we went to him for a solution, he didn't help out at all. We have bought clothes for so long, and it was a huge disappointment, for the showroom owner to not help out clients for genuine reason. We washed the clothes as they suggested, and yet he blamed the whole thing on us. Extremely disappointed to be treated this way inspite of being a loyal customer.
