There are multiple issues like Amenities , VDP, water issues. No amenities are Ready till date. Existing owners are facing lot of issues. Please do not believe all the 5 star reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even stay on rent at Kunal Aspire and by that I mean buying home is a big no over here. So, many issues everyday. And the biggest issue over here is water and no one to help on that.
Since last 7yrs I am here is Pune and never faced such water scarcity which I am facing at Kunal Aspire. It's a pathetic situation over here.
When life is already so busy, hectic, stressful and on the top of it you need to think if tomorrow you will get water or not to start your day, is so very torturous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is very good. Very pleasant climate and the flat is also spacious and feels very good while sitting in Gallery with a cup of tea. The scenery out is very nice. I am a Mumbaikar and will tell that you will not get this type of flat and society and cost in Mumbai. But the construction quality is poor as there are many chips on walls and also there were stains on tiles which after telling them many is now repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best complex and the homes are spacious. As I am from Mumbai that's why from my experience I tell that the environment outside too makes your day powerful and relaxing. Pune is a great place to live or else Mumbai is worst and living here moving from Borivali to Andheri to is very bad. I will rather tell that KUNAL ASPIREE IS BEST THAN UPCOMING ANP UNIVERSE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big project. Good layout. 16 Story buildings. Spacious flats. Visitor parking always full....may be because of small visitor parking. Some work is still going on.
But could be a good society when everything is ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lavish lifestyle comes with more space. It gives largest carpet area in a region. A only tower with large rooftop garden. As of now there are no amenities and expected to complete in 2 years after tower 2 is completed.
