★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a new a/c installed. It's a new one & comes with a free installation from the company. But their technician came and charged us 1000/-. On complaining they took his side & said a/c technicians are less so you need to give. Technician behaved very badly & was very rude. Had a very bad experience with Kundan Electronics. Don't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I were harassed by a store associate while shopping at this electronics location, and then he told us to leave the electronics store, claiming that he didn't want to conduct business with us as it had appeared to him that we were "too poor" to be shopping at his employer's mom-and-pop, small-scale, neighborhood electronics angadi (term for 'shop' in the Kannada language). I do not remember how I dressed for that particular shopping trip, and I was only a toddler at the time (now, I'm 25 years of age), but if I could go back in time to that incident, and I was lawfully permitted to be the P.O.S. that incompetent sales associate was to me and my family, I would make sure that I left having filed a police report against the P.O.S. (who clearly also lacked a brain, and correct judgement). I would also file a police report against the business manager, owner and those commercially associated, with the electronics store as the P.O.S. store associate's manager who was not there to witness the incident, and was clearly biased, told us, arrogantly, to file a complaint with the neighborhood police instead. The staff at this store do not even respect the police force the least bit, and instead, attempt to delegate their basic, job duties to the police force. This place is disgusting. Avoid conducting business with this place at all costs if you wish to enjoy shopping.
Mother India, (and no, not the movie--incase the pea-brained store associate or his management associates are reading this) and your own, would be very ashamed of you for your ignorant, discriminatory, corrupt behavior. Thank you for not helping make India a better place, and I hope a big-box store takes over your corrupt, shame of a business.
