★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible team. Mr. Rakesh, the manager doesn't take the customer's concern professionally and has the odacity to yell at the customers who are facing issues with the product instead of taking interest in resolving the issue. They don't deserve one star either.
Bought a kettle in the month of January and it stopped working in May. Gave it for servicing. Got it after several follow ups. They spoilt the kettle further and it stopped working again. Asked for help in replacement , the so called manager Rakesh was so rude and said it's not his responsibility and hung up. Later, never answered any calls inspite of trying so many times. Where does a customer go for further assistance if people at service center do not care or take responsibility of the product? Horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop doesn't give v gaurd geyser coil. They don't support customers. They don't even suggest. Now i realized that we should not buy V guard Geyser. Worst experience. Spares not available properly. I never expected this from V guard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even after repairing the stabilizer they didn't call me.they didn't say what was problem. I tried calling them no response. Then I went personally . they won't care to call back to customers after product is ready.
Card swiper doesn't work there, UPI payments doesn't work. Only cash. Irritating response from receptionist too..
