Staffs r not clarifying customer doubts properly they r conveying their information very slowly...very worst bank while compared to all the banks....which i have nt seen such careless services....customers r treated unproperly...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best bank branches i have stepped into.
I was there on 10th January, for 2 things
1. Closure of my existing Car Loan
2. Issue of duplicate Pass Book , including change of Address.
For point (1) , there was discrepancy in the Car loan account , which the bank official ( Neha ), patiently listened to & offered me the right advice .
Closing of Loan has its own process , which takes it own time , but i didn't find any lack / unwillingness to work by any of the bank employees. They were listening to every question of mine ( it has been a few years since i have stepped into a bank) & offering answers to .
For point(2) , there some going around , as the documents need to verified & then there was a 2 step process , where the address gets updated & then the passbook is issued . It does take time as the 2 process are different , which i believe should be merged together to save time .
I had spent around 2 hours , including waiting time ( for the letters to get printed & signed) , which i think is acceptable. I do believe , have patience , have a smile & say a 'Thank You' .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience.. staffs are not customer friendly.. rudely they react with customer if they ask any questions.when v visit the branch.no one in the branch around 2:45 p.m all staff went for lunch. There is no proper timing for lunch..in another 2-3 yrs govt will privatize this bank as well after seeing their poor performance...
