★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No accountability. Poorest staff. More than 2 months passed but they are unable to order 2 simple parts for the vehicle. No updates given by anyone. Regret going there.
Even no action after informing to customer care. Useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had specifically stated that my i20 clutch becomes hard to operate after 45 mins of driving. But I was told that clutch is absolutely fine and needs no repair work. But when i took the vehicle out to ghat section i faced considerable issues in operating the clutch. I had spent 22k for the same issue in my earlier service. The reason given for hard clutch was that my clutch plates have worn out and as a result entire clutch assembly was changed. Also, i paid additional charges for internal cleaning but it was not done. Previous two experiences have been extremely bad ? especially the way clutch problem has been handled. Will have to find a new service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an unprofessional Service Center I haven't seen anywhere else in India. First of all there is no reception/front Desk/customer desk. You have to go directly to Service Advisor who always seems in mobile. I have made wait for 20-25 mins but no-one is there to attend you. At last when I felt that it is humiliation then turned my veh to return back, someone came with excused words. Let me tell you please, your service center is just able to sustained in this competitive days just because of fool Hyundai veh owner just like me.
Insufficient employees and a guy seating at gate also having an attitude. He just don't want to speak with you in a parliamentary manner.
Would have given a rating of negative (-) if option is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good servicing. But do think over the extra package like polishing and coating. Extra things are too costly, it is better you approach some other car decor. Even seat covers are costly here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the spare parts are available at this place, one of the biggest (if not the biggest) service station of Hyundai I visited in Pune.
The quotation by these people will always be on higher side so you’ll have to be more careful while trusting them blindly.
For me they had suggested to change the rack and the actual problem was in lower arm so it’s better to get your problem checked from 2-3 place before giving your car for repairing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Nios car was serviced for 2nd free servicing & i requsted for the engine coat . When I received the car , it was done for only 20% coverage just for sake of doing this. I contacted Manager Mr. Mandar Nalawade & he responded very well in arranging again a free car pick up and got the work done perfectly to my satisfaction. Very prompt service & communication by Mr. Mandar Nalawade the service executive, thanks a ton . Good professionalism delivered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never give your car for servicing at kundan Hyundai. They steal what ever they could. And break your favorite miniature. I had given my car for servicing. They came to my place picked up my car they took photos of car, they took photo of my car usb charger which was connected to dashcam. They same day they gave my car back. I was so happy. But when I sat inside my car. My batman miniature was missing. They broke it and kept it inside storage. My USB charger was also missing. My Umbrella was also missing. Car trunk is not closing properly now. Some technical guy calls and asks for feed back. If you tell your problem they just say ok and don't care. They are only worried about rating from Hyundai and don't care about actual customer. If your thieves steal things which I can visibility see it, What about auto parts that I cannot see?? And it values a lot more than a simple USB port. I lost trust in you Kundan Hyundai. Please do something about thives in your company.
