I purchased pop-up drain jali 6 set but after fitting found all 6 set damage and not working.
I contacted ganesh and since 45 days he saying he will contact company or replace set in 2-3 days.
I paid high amount for this drain jali and for fitting as well.. no value of customer.. only sales on fake promises... But no service.
Local parts and third class quality and no customer support.
I will never buy anything from Purab hardware again in my life, I'll communicate the same to all my contacts as well and in society groups as well.
Amazon is much better in price and in replacement...
Think 100 times before buying anything from purab hardware...
Buy at ur own risk...
