★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this shop after reading reviews but it was not so good experience for me.
I was having noise from front suspension side i shown it these guys. Initially i was told that it must steering rack or ball joint issues. I informed him that i have changed steering rack a year ago and ball joints are fine as i had changed car tyres recently. Then he told me that he will have to inspect the car by lifting it up.
After putting it up on rack(these guys don't even have a hydraulic ramp), he told me that ball joints and rack is fine, it is issue with linkage rod and it needs to be replaced. Although he was not sure about it but still insisted me to get them replaced and kept on telling me we will not know whether its linkage rod that's making noise until we replace it. He advised me to get them replaced by leaving the car there for a day. As i was not convinced by that i chose to set back and told the guy that i will do it later as i don't have entire day right now.
Started talking rude when i told him that i will visit later. I was charged rs 150 just for 5 mins of inspection and made me wait for about 1 hour.
I will visit my regular serviceman on this weekend and will get the car checked from him and update with the source of noise.
