But flat condition if rental flats are very very bad.
Specially D Building rental flats are disasters.
I know D building flats which are empty for last few years because of bad condition.
The avg rent in society is 15k only . Don't go for 18k, 19k rent in the society.
Society residents are vey helpful and polite.

Very nice place to live but service center has made this experience bitter.
car service centers has ruined the silence and peace of this beautiful area and made it noisy like some govt bus stand.
D building residents and villas are suffering more from this service centers noise.
if you can't hear that loud sound of cars and pressure machines full day and night, then its not an ideal places to live anymore.
