★ ★ ★ ★ ★ B1 building flat are somewhat spacious touching 1 cr (1000 sq fit carpet) and A4 is compact touching 70-80L.(650-750 sq fit carpet). I feel this is a highly over-rated project. The price of flats here is rocking high.. and construction quality is very very Poor.. washroom stinks due to pipeline issues..
The kitchen on the entrance of the flat is another drawback..
They promise of swimming and gym free on possession but it turns out that u have to take membership of 13k to access it..

Possession was delayed because of pandemic but they have delivered what was promised. The construction quality is good and all the things used in flat are high quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a 2 bedroom apartment here, Even though the location is good, the quality of construction from Goel Ganga Group is not good, within months I started to find issues with the plumbing, ceiling, tiles, and most important in common areas. Luckily, after complaints they came to fix it, but it should not happen in the first place.

Nice Surrounding and many Indian festivals celebrated together.
CRM team is really co-operative and they delivered us what they promised.

Had not been this corona pandemic , I would have received possession early but cant blame Ganga legend for same .
They delivered everything what they promised while booking flat ..that too with good attitude.
Really loved the experience.

The biggest USP is location
Construction quality is very good they deliver what they told.
I had fine experience with sales team but other teams are very cooperative and good at their work. Mr Pandey who delivered the apartment is a very kind and professional person.
Society have so many good features I recommend to go to YouTube and watch the review

I had fine experience with sales team but other teams are very cooperative and good at their work. Mr Pandey who delivered the apartment is a very kind and professional person.
Society have so many good features I recommend to go to YouTube and watch video to know more.
