★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is good, as a township. Facilities are superb. There are 3 lifts per building, the homes depend on 2 & 3 BHK according to need. There are 3 buildings and are least congested per floor. The swimming pool is good and there is amphitheatre and a children play area. There is a club including badminton court and basketball court. Security is superb. Every. House has outdoor camera and a home system and also parking is spacious. The only problem is that there is no exit on ground floor from building and you have to go on underground floor and then go on ground level. And also rent is high. Otherwise, highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and clean society just beside NH48 in Bavdhan. One of the best location in Bavdhan.. not congested, amenity rich, with good security and facility management. The society has podium parking, swimming pool, clubhouse and surrounded by trees.
