44 in 2 wings . Wing a and wing b. The video I have posted is from b703 apartment facing the highway side . If someone is looking for a purchase then the price currently as of July 2021 is 60-70L or you can rent out the same apartment from air bnb.
The flat is well furnished with all the requirements met just TV is missing. Rest is all there. Refrigerator, AC, well equipped kitchen , geyser and other stuff.
It can be a little over budget sometime . We paid around 23k for 8 days. We were 4 people and used just 1 bhk .
The reason for 4 stars was just the price as personally I found it a it expensive for the experience I had.
