★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UtsavLife offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Nursing care. The facility is brand new, and they are flexible in contracting. You can book your private room with all medical/nursing care for 15 days before getting into any commitment.
They have taken great care in designing a facility that minimizes the risk of a fall for senior people. They are 500 meters from a multi-specialty hospital. This gives a very high assurance of superior medical care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place and was overwhelmed to see the perfect environment for the old-age people to live. Very fine interiors, nice and clean kitchen and dining, very good and comfortable sitouts and a very big gathering area inside the premises. The location is also very approachable and very silent. All in all a perfect place for elderlies seeking a shelter.

Utsav life - Old Age Home is the best place to life after retirement and golden days of your life with premium amenities..An essential service with amazing five stars like facilities and economic prices for dear ones, who deserve nothing but quality care. The concept of 3 H ,Homely comfort, Hotel luxury and Hospital care under single roof is fully justified.The cordial approach of the management and caring and loving staff is praiseworthy.
I wish the management and promoters of the project good luck and grand success. I would strongly recommend to visit the place to get the experience for future needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents just had a short stay at Utsav while my mom was recovering from surgery. The admission process and stay both were smooth and care was very good. My parents enjoyed their stay, and it was relaxing when they needed it the most rather than worrying about day-to-day things. They have seen people from all over India and even abroad visiting for short term stay and even long term. Some things I would call out as important are
1.Utsav provides nutritious hot food and the menu updates regularly.
2.They provide transportation to doctor’s office and anywhere else you want to visit
3.They have regular entertainment options (festivities, movies etc)
4.They have inhouse doctor.
5.Staff is readily available to help when called and do routine checks.
6.Everything is well organized, from kitchen to housekeeping, facility, management and accounts and they are very responsive.
7.Minor issues are dealt with quickly as soon as they are made aware of.
All in all, great facility, staff, management, and care. Highly recommend, you will not be less than satisfied with them.
