★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we booked a Kerala Tour with Kunhi Travel we trusted immediately.
He was so friendly and even invited us for dinner.
Unfortunately we should NOT have trusted him.
We found out that a lot of other travel agencies where 40% cheaper ! For a better itinerary . So obviously we canceled the tour through Kerala.
To be correct we did not cancel the flight,which he had said was with Air India , but it was NOT, it was with Spiceair.
Why lying ?.
And we kept the travel with the train!
Big mistake. We did ask for a 1class sleeping, what we got was a simple seat sleeping with 6 other people ! For 2days and a night ! So we had to go and find a flight , because it was impossible to stay in the train for my friend who is 73 years old . It was a nightmare . And very very expensive.
Probably the owner of the Kunhi Tours thought we were tourists and cannot complain.
I did contact him after , NO REPLY.
So if you want to book with him ..... your own risk and good luck !
