★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place yesterday for lunch with my parents.And again today ? Simple homely gujarati food served with lots of love. I informed that I am vegan and the server took care not to serve me rotis with ghee. Made soft rotis without ghee for me. They serve a jug of chaas to quench your thirst in this summer, which of course wasn’t for me. The place is 156 years old and yet well maintained. It reminded me of my grandma’s home. The thali restaurant was started only in the pandemic and they have plans to expand further. The hosts Mr Ashok Shah and his daughter Chandni are very welcoming. I wish them success in their future endeavours. Anyone visiting Lonavla should definitely go for some yummy home made food.

We loved the place and food both. Would definitely visit the place again for sure especially to see all of your vintage collections if you allow us.
One suggestion please keep the wash room clean. It was very unhygienic.

The property and it's location makes your visit worthwhile. The vintage cars, antiquarian books, swing in the courtyard and artifacts simply add to the rustic feel. Owner Chandani needs a special mention for her hospitality. Recommended for the wholesome offbeat experience ?

Kudos to Chandni and her father making sure that every customer is taken care of..
Their passion towards running this outlet is commendable..
Each and every item we tasted was simply mouth watering..
Long live this passion of theirs and hopefully I'll also land up in this field ten to fifteen years from now after taking cue from places like this..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its an awesome veg thali outlet having their sitting area in a section of their huge vintage house. We have been there once for dinner and twice for Sunday lunch and both all the times we were very happy with the food quality and the spread for a decent price per person. Though the sitting area has limited seats (so you better reach there a bit early if you are a large group); but its worth visiting the place. Their buttermilk was really awesome.
