★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude behaviour. They think they are the ultimate answer to our problems . Too much of demand . They always try to take advantage of tourist visiting this place by quoting exorbitant prices . They do not stock spares too .
This is a combined garage which attends other brand vehicles. They are more interested in squeezing money from customers . Now all these are based on interaction with many other ppl who have been here .
I have went here once to get a mechanic to open my car when it got locked with key inside . They refused to come as they were busy . Finally I got service of another mechanic.
Second time I had been there to order a Maruthi spare part but they told us that only owner could operate the computer and she was not there .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of availability of Spare parts and skillled Manpower. They should have maximum availability of spare parts as Lonavala is tourist destination and many people from cities like Mumbai, Pune bring their Maruti cars here. Rude behaviour of staff. Fianlly Local mechanic helped and solved my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car have majour issu .. i have also warrany and servise i asked owner to just check car .he said no and said i dont work free u have to pay for it and miss behave with me.. he said we dont have any benner or maruti suzuki contract .. and cant do any work free. And also use very bad language .. pls note this and get some action against him..
