★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst store. Don't ever visit. Don't go by the reviews. I fell for it.I called them in the morning today to check if they had Ortho mattress on display. I also told them that I am coming from far and will only come if the mattress is on display. The guy, Mukesh, assured me that they had all 14 varieties of Kurlon mattresses on display. When I visited the store, they apologized and said that the mattress has just been sent to another customer and it would be available next day. All empty promises. Total waste of time, which they don't seem to care about! They don't realize that by telling such lies, they are losing customers. I wanted to buy 3 mattresses for my new apartment, which I will now find in some other Kurlon store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located near kabutar khana. The sales person Mr Tripathi was very knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a couple of pillows and mattresses from there and the quality is pretty good so far.

The owner is very decent and explains the products properly. The assistant was very disrespectful, talked in a very arrogant manner, frankly of we did not not have the emergency of buying new mattresses we would have definitely not gone to this store. The rating is for the store only.
Regarding the product, we have just used it for 2 weeks now. Will update this review probably after a year.

After my review, my father got an immediate response from the owner within a few hours to understand our problem and he assured that he would work on it to improve customer experience, and with the chat I had with him I am certain that he cares well about his business and his customers and will definitely take actions to deliver a beautiful experience. With such an after-sales experience, I would definitely visit the store in future for purchases in case there is need for me.
