Sk Tours & Travels - Mumbai

So we booked a villa in lonavala with Mr. Salil from s k tours and travels dadar west and we had the worst experience of our lives. First it was not a villa.. A building with 2 floors and terrace. We were given 1st floor with 6 bhk flat. We were 8 people so they gave us 4 rooms. Other 2 were closed. We paid 40k for 2 days inclusive of food. So there was no fan or ac working in the rooms. Common bathroom door didn't locked. There was pool which was dirty so we asked them to clean and they gave us pool the next day.. Inclusive food had breakfast dinner lunch and high tea. For lunch they gave us one chicken dish with roti and rice. Nothing else. For dinner just biryani and raita and no sweet saying sweet is given only one time though we didn't had sweet even one time for the day. High tea means only tea. They gave pakora first day saying its their generosity and next day a biscuit packet. Breakfast was poha and egg bhurji with bread packet. They didn't even had the courtesy to heat up the bread.. So food options and arrangements were pathetic. We had a pet with us. Obviously he did potty and we cleaned it with our towel and threw the towel in dustbin. They claimed that it's their towel and asked for money. They cannot even count the number of towels and things that belong to them. So we denied paying them as it is we paid some extra amount to the care taker for his trouble. But Mr. Salil insisted on paying for towel which he asked 1000 rs. When we denied him he threatened us saying come to the police station and everything will be sorted in the police station.. He also threatened us saying that he has videos of us and he will put it on social media and show it to our families that what we did there. So basically illegally he has our videos according to him. Though I don't know what wrong we did.. So after a lot of fight when we told him yo go to the police station and do whatever he can.. He started threatening us more.. Started involving our families, wanted everyone to come to police station.. Said he will show our videos (don't know what video . When did he take the video which I feel is illegal..also they took our booking for the weekend when section 144 was imposed They were supposed to tell us. We were already caught by the police and paid the fine. Police told us that the agent was at fault as he was not supposed to take the booking. After everything that we have been through for two days he just wanted more money So I would suggest not to book with sk tours and travels.they are cheap, just wants your money, very poor service, bad food, no sense of responsibility and also pathetic agents who threatens you with some video that they capture.
