The labour is not at all professional and they don’t know how to pack things.
Labour asking for extra money every time they pick carton.

Started off professional, the guy came and gave us a quote based on the furniture we had and confirmed the date and amount, then on the day of moving, he sent a tiny little truck which wasn't even big enough to fit more than one small bed, after a lot of arguing on the phone, he finally sent a bigger truck. Then after loading and unloading to the new place, we pay him the amount as discussed before and 500 extra to the workers for their efforts and he tries to claim more money from us than originally decided and when we refused to pay extra, he threatened us to show up at our house and make a scene about it, such a sick and disgusting experience, please stay away from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all professional company,with un skilled workers. They have a small pick up to cater the need resulting to multiple rounds of shifting and wastage of time. While re installing they could not fix my bed. I am Still following with them to re visit and get it fixed but no response. Damaged both of my window AC while re de installation.
Absolute no no for this company..stay away from this mover and packer . Very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kushagra packers and movers is totally unprofessional and fraud, they don't know the job at all. They broke my microwave, center table, office chair, kitchen crockery and much more during my shifting just 1 hour drive. Now satya pal Singh (Owner), is not even listening to me for damages.
Better to pay slightly more if required but don't hire Kushagra for shifting your household.

My entire kitchen carton came in broken pieces.they told me they have their own transport but turned out they transported all my FRAGILE material with GATI TRANSPORT and i got to know GATI never accepts glass items. they are lying ton customers as well as the transport agency. Men who came to pack my stuff were extremely careless with packaging and told me they will add a sticker of fragile on it which obviously wasnt done. I urge do not waste your money if at all you are sending fragile items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are unprofessional who just want monger around to earn more money . They told me that the charges they will levy will be same for too and fro. However, when I wanted my things back, they charged me 100% more for my own things.
The things I received were not even complete and they told me that they will send the remaining things afterwards but its been a month and haven’t heard from them.

The carton was opened in factory by them and taped again.
My kitchen eatable items stolen.
My piggy bank that had all the pooja money coins inside it which was around 4000 stolen from the carton.
Received all the items damaged.
I request you to not trust these fools.
