★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly a terrible place. Rarely visit this place when it is an emergency however the last experience has made me decide never to opt for this place. The parlour is usually empty and it was on the day I visited. The girl attending to me was super fast when she worked on my eyebrows and not sure what the rush was about. Ended up with pulling the skin so badly that it has been permanently scarred. Very rough and harsh !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been three months due to covid, all salons were closed and once we received the date that salons are getting opened, really I got big relax and I was pretty confidence that L'gance will follow all rules and with precautions, yesterday I had my hair spa and hair cut it was totally safe, relaxing, and nice service. All products used where getting sanitised before and after use,even chairs, and we will also get sanitised before entry into salon. Used all disposal towels gloves even provided gloves and mask to customer, service provider also weared all disposal apron and I can say confidentiality visit L'gance salon with no doubt but please go with appointment then it will easy to handle each customer with precautions and to be safe

Proper safety precautions were taken continuous sanitisation ...was done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma takes really good care of tou,. She ensures all safety protocols are followed. Complete with sanitizing the customer as soon as they enter. Then the customer is given disposable face mask and gloves to wear. Even the service providers at all times are using masks and gloves. The equipments used are maximum disposable type or are sanitized using sanitizer machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the staff is not so welcoming towards new customers, they make you feel unwanted and make you wait for half n hour or more even after taking appointment. I got my pedicure done from one of their staff, she was good at first but after she got to know that there is someone else walked in for pedicure she literally painted my nails obnoxiously and left my pedicure as is, did not even wait for my nails to dry, l also got my facial done from this place, just like any other place they offered me much expensive facial which I did not accept and rather went for a basic one,( which costed me 1250) honestly the facial only lasted for 15mins and there was no proper massage with no glow. 3rd service was hairwash and blowdry. If you really want to make your healthy and shiny hair DRY please visit this place. They do not use any conditioner leave your hair dry and unmanageable. I visited this place in emergency. But I think it's not worth even after paying handful amount there was no visible results.
